Do you serve alcohol?
Nope. We’re a b.y.o.b. operation. We’ll bring the bar you bring the booze. PlEase don’t bring glass or styrofoam containers. And please have a safe and responsible way to get home.
What’s Floaties bringing to the party?
Well, We are the party. But if that’s not enough, we have some other goodies on board. A small yeti, a bag of ice, waters, a floatin’ lily pad, a speaker, some floaties (obviously), and two captains ready to show you a good time. Get all that?
Where do you pick up and drop off?
We’ll pick up and drop off right under the 360 bridge at 5019 tx-360 loop. bring $5 cash per person for pickup area entry with travis county.
Are you insured?
Ohhhh yeah. We’ll make sure your party is as safe as can be.
Should I tip the crew?
Yes.
Cancellation policy?
If you cancel two weeks ahead of your ride, no sweat. We’ll give you a full refund. If it’s within 14 days, you’ll lose your 20% required deposit. Now, if you cancel within 48 hours...that’s on you. You will be liable for the full rental amount.
What if the weather gets hairy?
We try to be flexible when it comes to the weather. As long as it’s safe, we’d love to have you and your crew out for a good time.
We reserve the right to cancel a ride due to unsafe conditions such as temperatures under 55f degrees or winds over 20mph
